Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our products.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prompt Bandit website (promptbandit.com) and your purchase of any digital products or subscriptions offered by Prompt Bandit ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Licences

Prompt Bandit sells digital AI workflow kits ("Products") delivered as downloadable files. Upon purchasing a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use that Product for your own business or personal purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Products with third parties
  • Publish, upload, or make the Products publicly available online
  • Use the Products to create competing products or services for resale
  • Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices within the Products

2. The Vault Subscription

The Vault is a monthly subscription service priced at $39 per month that provides access to all current and future Prompt Bandit workflow kits. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date
  • We reserve the right to change the subscription price with 30 days' notice
  • The Vault licence is for individual use only; one subscription per person

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect existing purchases; subscription price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day refund on individual kit purchases if the product does not function as described.

To request a refund, email hello@promptbandit.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for The Vault subscription after the billing period has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Prompt Bandit website and within our Products — including text, graphics, workflows, prompts, and guides — is the intellectual property of Prompt Bandit and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The outputs you generate using our workflow kits (i.e. the content produced by AI tools when you use our prompts) belong to you, subject to the terms of whichever AI platform you use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The Products will produce specific results for every user or use case
  • The Products will be compatible with every AI platform or future AI updates
  • Any results described in our marketing materials are guaranteed for your specific situation

Results from using AI tools vary based on the AI platform used, how prompts are adapted, and the user's specific context. We make no guarantees of income, traffic, or business results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Bandit's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and Products lawfully and in good faith. You may not use our website or Products to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or illegal
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
