No. If you have a free ChatGPT or Claude account and know how to copy and paste, you can use any of our kits. Each kit includes a plain-English step-by-step guide that walks you through exactly what to do. No coding, no APIs, no prior experience with prompt engineering required.

Kits are delivered as downloadable PDF documents and/or Notion templates, depending on the kit. Everything is clearly laid out with numbered steps, copy-paste ready prompts, fill-in-the-blank sections, and annotated example outputs. You receive instant access after purchase.

Yes. A one-time kit purchase gives you permanent access to that kit and all future updates to it. We update kits when AI models change significantly to ensure the prompts continue to work well. You'll be notified by email when a kit you own is updated.

Individual kit licences are for a single user. For team use, please email us at hello@promptbandit.com and we'll arrange a team licence. The Vault subscription covers a single user; team plans are available on request.

The Vault gives you access to every kit in the Prompt Bandit library — current and future — for $39/month. As we release new kits, they're added to your Vault automatically. It's the best value option if you want access to everything, or if you plan to use more than two kits.

Yes, you can cancel your Vault subscription at any time from your account page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

We offer a 7-day refund on individual kit purchases if the kit doesn't work as described. Because our products are digital and immediately downloadable, we do require that you give the kit a genuine try before requesting a refund. To request a refund, email hello@promptbandit.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.
