Young Dragon Knight
A young dragon the size of a large horse with armoured scales, sharp claws and fire breath that it can use in short bursts before needing to recover.
ROUND 1: THE ONLY ROUND
The fanbase surges through the collapsing ruins, their mobile phones held aloft as makeshift torches, when the young dragon descends from a fractured tower with a gutural roar that echoes off crumbling stone. As tremors tear fresh chasms through the ancient streets, panic fractures the crowd into isolated pockets trapped between walls of rubble—the dragon's first breath-burst immolates three thousand souls in a blinding inferno before they can so much as scatter. Those who survive the initial conflagration find themselves penned like cattle in narrow alleyways, their numbers rendered useless, their coordination shattered as the dragon wheels overhead and methodically culls the paralysed gatherings with precision fire from the safety of the poisoned sky.
» The last survivor's phone screen flickers dark as the dragon lands atop a mountain of phone cases and idol merchandise, utterly unmarked.
THE WAR ORACLE'S VERDICT
The dragon's armoured scales, mobility, and firepower are devastating against unarmoured, untrained civilians. Although the fanbase numbers in the millions, they lack weapons, formation discipline, and combat training. The dragon can use terrain of the ruined city (towers, rubble for cover) to maximize ranged fire-breath superiority and minimize close-quarters fighting where sheer numbers matter. Mass panic would likely set in after the first few hundred casualties. The fanbase's only realistic path to victory is overwhelming the dragon through suicidal attrition while it recovers from fire breath—unlikely to succeed given the psychological toll. The dragon wins decisively.
- Fanbase is unarmed and untrained civilians
- Dragon's armoured scales and mobility provide near-total battlefield control
- Psychological collapse of massive but defenceless crowd
- Dragon can selectively deploy fire breath to maximise casualties and terror
MVP: The Dragon's Ruthless Aerial Dominance
The ruins fell silent save for the crackling of fires and the mournful wind through empty streets. A generation's devotion became ash in mere moments, written off as a natural disaster by morning news cycles across the world.
